Join us every Monday and Wednesday at 8:30 am for a 15-minute Laughter Yoga Zoom call, perfect to kickstart your week and get through the mid-week hump.
Laughter Yoga (LY) is not a comedy, but an exercise program developed by Indian physician Dr. Madan Kataria, where anyone can laugh without relying on humor, jokes, or comedies.
Practiced in more than 110 countries, LY combines yoga breathing techniques (Pranayama), clapping, childlike behavior, and laughter exercises to boost your mood and well-being.
